Export Executive

We are hiring for EXPORT EXECUTIVE

Qualification: BCom / BBA / MBA/Export-Import Management (EXIM) Course/International Trade & Export Documentation-Preferred

Key Responsibilities

* Handle export orders, documentation, and shipment coordination.

* Prepare Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, COO, BL/AWB, and other export documents.

* Coordinate with Production, Stores, Dispatch, Accounts, CHA, Freight Forwarders, and Customers.

* Monitor production readiness, dispatch schedules, and shipment status.

* Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely export shipments.

* Follow up with customers regarding orders, documentation, and delivery requirements.

* Maintain export records, shipment details, and MIS reports.

* Ensure accuracy of export documentation and compliance with applicable procedures.

Requirements

* Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in Export / Export Documentation, preferably in a manufacturing industry.

* Good knowledge of export procedures, shipping documentation, and Incoterms.

* Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

* Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
