Export Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Receive and process export orders from international customers. (On-time shipment / dispatch)
• Verify product specifications, quantities, pricing, delivery terms, packaging requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with the Production and Planning teams to ensure order readiness.
• Monitor order status from order confirmation until shipment and delivery.
• Maintain proper records of export orders and customer communications.

Prepare, verify, and coordinate export-related documents (Zero/minimum documentation errors) such as:

• Commercial Invoice / Packing List / Performa Invoice/ Purchase Order / Sales Order / Certificate of Origin / Bill of Lading / Airway Bill / Shipping Bill / Letter of Credit (LC), wherever applicable / Insurance documents / Product specifications and other customer-required documents/ Export declarations and supporting documents etc.
• Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and logistics service providers.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Warehouse teams regarding product availability.
• Ensure exported products meet agreed quality, packaging, labelling, shelf-life, and storage requirements.
• Verify batch numbers, manufacturing dates, expiry dates, and product quantities before dispatch.
• Ensure appropriate packaging for international transportation and handling.
• Coordinate documentation related to food safety and product compliance as required by the destination country.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Indian export regulations and destination-country requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/PG Diploma in International Business / Export-Import Management will be an advantage.

• Candidates having experience in exporting food products, FMCG products, will be preferred.
