Position: Export Executive

Location: Churchgate

Reporting to: Export Manager

Qualification: Any Graduate with EXIM preferable

Experience: 5-6 years in similar or Manufacturing Industry
JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for Export documentation and Coordinating with CHA/ Clearing Agent

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

• Pre-& post export documentation
• Export - Import coordination from customer -- supplier ---factory -- logistic
• CHA & clearing agents quotes, negotiation, doc. preparation -submission & shipment follow ups
• Error free documents to CHA, customer & banks
• Import formalities for import of goods with help of CHA / Clearing agent
• Checking Export / Import details on ICEGATE site
• Attend customer enquiries and reply / quote.
• Apply & keep track of duty-free import advance license for timely utilization
• Keep track of export incentives on exports and timely utilization of its credit
• Follow up with export customers for orders & approach new promising customers to meets sales targets
• Prepare weekly, monthly MIS Reports to keep Export & Import register updated

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

• Excellent knowledge on export - import procedures
• Must have knowledge about latest rules & regulations in export - import, incentives
• Good communication skills Should have command on English (Verbally as well as Written)
• Interpersonal skill
• Multitasking ability
• Problem solving ability & work under pressure
• Preferably should have worked in matrix structured company
