Export Executive

* Manage and update Export Product Lists, product rates, quotations, and commercial details.
* Receive, verify, and process customer Purchase Orders (POs), including product, quantity, pack size,
rates, and commercial terms.
* Obtain internal confirmation of rates and POs from the concerned departments/management before
order processing.
* Prepare and maintain order-wise cost sheets and coordinate with Accounts, Production, Purchase, and
Management for cost inputs.
* Obtain and track internal/customer artwork approvals before production/printing.
* Prepare and coordinate PM (Packaging Material) requirements based on confirmed orders.
* Coordinate with Production, Purchase, QA/Regulatory, Warehouse, Accounts, and Logistics for timely
order execution.
* Ensure all required internal confirmations, documents, approvals, and dispatch requirements are
completed before shipment.
* Maintain an order execution tracker covering PO → Rate Confirmation → Cost Sheet → Artwork → PM →
Production → Dispatch.
* Follow up on pending activities and provide regular order status updates to management.
* Maintain proper records of POs, rate approvals, cost sheets, artwork approvals, PM requirements, and
dispatch details.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
