JOB DESCRIPTION :
a. PREPARATION OF EXPORT DOCUMENTATION i.e., PROFORMA INVOICE, PURCHASE ORDER, COMMERCIAL INVOICE, PACKING LIST, CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN AND OTHER SHIPMENT RELATED DOCUMENTS b. MAINTAIN DRAWBACK LIST & SALES (EXPORT) & PURCHASE (IMPORT) REGISTER.
c. KNOWLEDGE OF PRE & POST SHIPMENT DOCUMENTS.
d. KNOWLEDGE OF BRC PROCEDURES AND DOCUMENTATION
. e. CHECKING AND VERIFING SHIPMENT DOCUMENTS LIKE CHECKLIST, BILL OF LADING / AIR AND OTHERS
f. EMAIL DRAFTING
g. COORDINATING WITH CHA AND HANDING SHIPMENTS
h. ARRANGING COURIER AND SHIPMENT VIA FEDEX AND OTHER COURIER SERVICES
i. HANDLING OFFICE ADMINITRATION AND DOCUMENTATION
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
