Export Executive - Pharmaceutical Industry

Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Salary: 3 to 5 LPA
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / B.Sc / M.Sc / MBA
Industry: Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle pre & post-shipment export documentation and customs clearance.
• Prepare invoices, packing lists, COA, shipping bills, Bill of Lading and other export documents.
• Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, transporters, marketing & dispatch teams.
• Obtain and negotiate freight rates with forwarders.
• Check LC drafts and prepare documents as per LC terms.
• Coordinate timely shipment and customs filing.
• Handle DGFT documentation and export licences.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of export processes.

Required Skills:

• 24 years of experience in Export Documentation, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Good knowledge of export procedures and documentation.
• Strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
