Export Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Export Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage complete export documentation packages required for international shipments and customs clearance.
• Client Coordination: Maintain clear, prompt, and professional email and verbal communication with international clients and trade partners.
• Process Management: Oversee end-to-end export process workflows from order placement to final shipment dispatch.
• Logistics & Compliance Support: Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and regulatory compliance.

Job Requirements

• Education: Any Graduate degree.
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in export process handling or international trade logistics.
• Key Skills:
• In-depth understanding of export documentation and procedures.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Strong email etiquette and international client coordination.
• Problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
