Role & responsibilities
Export Documentation / Export Operations
- Prepare post-shipment export documents within the defined timelines, ensuring accuracy and zero errors.
- Submit export documents to banks within the specified timelines and handle Letter of Credit (LC) documentation without discrepancies.
- Follow up on Bank Realisation Certificates (BRCs) and monitor pending export transactions through EDPMS.
- Coordinate with shipping lines and Customs House Agents (CHAs) for Bill of Lading (BL), Lorry Receipt (LR), and smooth cargo clearance.
- Prepare, verify, and share AIAFTA/SAFTA-related documents with customers before vessel arrival.
- Respond promptly to customer queries and coordinate with logistics, sales, and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, including OTIF shipment reports, BRC reports, and EDPMS pending reports.
- Manage key customer relationships, address service complaints, and improve the overall export order-to-delivery process.
