Export Executive

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Export Executive to manage export documentation, coordinate with international customers and support smooth export operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle export documentation, invoices and shipping documents.
• Coordinate with international customers regarding orders and shipments.
• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices and export-related paperwork.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters and customs agents.
• Track export shipments and ensure timely dispatch.
• Maintain export records and customer details.
• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing.
• Follow export procedures and documentation requirements.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of export documentation and procedures.
• Understanding of commercial invoices, packing lists and shipping documents.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of international trade and customs procedures is an advantage.

Experience: 2 years Export / Import experience preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
