Looking for an experienced and dynamic Export Executive to join our team and manage end-to-end export operations.

• Position: Export Executive
• Location: Greater Noida
• Experience: 4–6 Years
• Industry: FMCG / Manufacturing
• Qualification: Graduate / MBA in International Business preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export documentation and shipment processes
• Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines and transporters
• Prepare and verify export documents including Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, BL/AWB, Certificate of Origin, etc.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, finance and logistics teams for timely dispatches
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to international customers
• Handle export order processing and follow-up with customers
• Ensure compliance with export procedures, customs regulations and company policies
• Maintain export records, MIS reports and shipment status
• Coordinate with banks for export-related documentation and payment follow-up
• Resolve documentation, logistics and shipment-related issues

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of: Export Documentation & Procedures
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in: MS Excel and MS Office
• Knowledge of: International logistics and shipping processes
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability
• Attention to detail and ownership of work
