Export Field Operations Assistant

We are looking for a Export Field Operations Assistant.

What are the role and responsibilities?

• Monitor daily internal and external emails and attend to export-related concerns.
• Handle and coordinate Export Customs Clearance for FCL, LCL Consolidation, and co-load shipments.
• Monitor export cargo/container movement from the factory/warehouse until delivery to the port, CFS, or designated facility.
• Collect, process, lodge, monitor, and secure Export Declaration (ED) and other required export documents.
• Coordinate with shippers, clients, FDD, EQC, Zone Office, BOC, PEZA, shipping lines, warehouse operators, truckers, and other concerned parties.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of export documents and compliance with applicable BOC, PEZA, port, CFS, and customer requirements.
• Ensure all export documents and requirements are completed prior to the required LCT (Latest Cut-Off Time).
• Ensure timely processing and payment of arrastre, port, carrier, warehouse, and other applicable local charges to avoid delays, offloading, or shutout.
• Request and monitor cash advances, check payments, and availability of funds in VASP/PEZA accounts, when applicable.
• Monitor and coordinate refunds of excess payments for port and other applicable charges.
• Endorse complete and processed export documents to the shipping line, warehouse operator, BOC, PEZA, or other concerned parties.
• Attend to client inquiries and immediately escalate any shipment, documentation, customs, or payment issues that may cause delays.
• Maintain accurate records and monitoring reports of export shipments, documents, payments, and other operational transactions.
• Perform other functions and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Supervisor, Manager, or Management.

This could be for you if you're:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Customs Administration, Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or any related course

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Must be knowledgeable in export operations, freight forwarding, logistics, or customs documentation

• Hands-on experience in cargo stuffing/stripping, warehouse coordination, or port operations is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, Export Declaration, CO)

• Familiar with BOC, PEZA, and Zone Office export processes
