Air Freight Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end air freight shipments (export & import), from booking to final delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, airlines, overseas agents, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor shipment status, provide regular updates, and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of shipping documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee daily operational activities, scheduling, and shipment planning.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
• Control operational costs and support continuous process improvement.
• Prepare operational reports and ensure KPI achievement.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Air Freight, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics Operations.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping, import/export procedures, and freight documentation.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients, airlines, and overseas agents.
