What they need
Role & responsibilities :
Export Documentation as per Purchase Order or Letter of Credit
Lodgment with bank for shipping bill closure i.e.. EDPMS/IDPMS
Timely release of Booking from Shipping cos./Forwarders
Co-ordination with Factory, Transporter, CHA, for gate in of containers or carting of goods. as well as timely release of Bill of Lading from shipping companies.
Giving timely updates to customers on shipment schedule as well as sending non-negotiable documents on email.
Release of Export Commission to overseas agent.
Knowledge of Advance Authorisation application, utilisation as well as Imports will be an added advantage.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with 5+ years of work experience with manufacturer Exporters shall be preferred.
Candidates who have done Diploma course in Export/Import Management shall be preferred.
Able to do self correspondence.
