General Requirement :
- Bachelor’s Degree or more, preferably in Transportation/Logistics Management.
- Experienced Working in the Freight Forwarding/Logistics company (min. 5 years).
- Understanding of forwarding documents, process and flow.
- Have knowledge of Import/Export regulations for all equipment and materials
- Able to operate CEISA 4.0
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Computer literate: Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.
- Effective communication and service mind.
- Have a leadership spirit and able to work in team work
- High responsibility and able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution.
- Learn new things and develop yourself as the company grows.
