Export Import Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documents like invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, and Letters of Credit, while ensuring compliance with custom laws and trade regulations.
• Logistics Coordination: Book cargo space, coordinate sea or air freight, and track shipments from the vendor's warehouse to the final destination.
• Customs Clearance: Work with Customs House Agents (CHAs) to clear shipments smoothly and handle duties, tariffs, or export incentives.
• Vendor & Customer Relations: Communicate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies to negotiate rates and resolve delivery delays.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
