Export-Import Officer (Freight Forwarder)

Key Responsibilities :

• Processing export documentation and liaise with the related parties for shipment arrangement.
• Checking import documentation correctly and liaise with the related parties for shipment delivered.
• Coordinating with outsourced shipping agent (and freight forwarder) for timely customs clearance and an evidence/supporting documents for a claim of damaged goods.
• Coordinating with Marketing, Warehouse and OEM regarding a receipt of inbound and outbound shipment
• Performing general office duties such as ordering supplies, filing and maintaining import & export records
• Supporting PHCP, PHCV and PHCM regarding shipment arrangement.
• Supporting E-Commerce regarding procurement management.
• Handling special projects as assigned by Procurement and Inventory Manager

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• Minimum 3 year experience in Freight Forwarder (Import and Export) would be preferable.
• Positive attitude “Can Do”, energetic and be able to work independently.
• Good personality, communication and negotiation skills.
• Good hands-on on Microsoft Excel is required, especially Pivot Table.
• Fair command in written and spoken English.
