Export Import Sales Supervisor

• Manage Export & Import sales activities to achieve sales targets.
• Develop new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct sales negotiations and provide solutions based on customer needs.
• Coordinate with related teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead and monitor the performance of the sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Export Import, Shipping, or Logistics.
• Experience as a Supervisor/Team Leader is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Target-oriented and able to work effectively in a team.
