- Menyiapkan dan memeriksa dokumen ekspor dan impor untuk memastikan seluruh dokumen lengkap dan sesuai dengan persyaratan eksport import negara yg dituju.
- Berkoordinasi dengan supplier, customer, forwarder, shipping line, dan pihak terkait lainnya untuk memantau pengiriman barang.
- Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan Bea Cukai dan perdagangan internasional.
- Mengurus dokumen dan perizinan yang diperlukan untuk kegiatan ekspor-impor.
- Memeriksa tagihan freight, handling, custom clearance dan dokumen lainnya untuk memastikan kesesuaiannya dengan penawaran atau kontrak yang berlaku.
