Job Description

• Manage and process export and import documents, including delivery notes, invoices, and customs documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant parties—such as shipping agents, customs authorities, and clients—to ensure smooth export and import operations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and requirements.
• Prepare reports on export-import activities for government agencies (e.g., Customs, Ministry of Trade).
• Resolve issues related to shipments, documentation, or customs procedures.
• Handle export and import permits and licensing.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field
• 5 years of experience in the same field
• Have a Customs Specialist Certificate
• Proficient in export-import processes and customs regulations
• Proficient in export-import regulations
• Knowledgeable regarding HS Codes and LARTAS (Restricted and Prohibited Goods) regulations
• Proficient in using MS Office
• English language proficiency
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
• Strong leadership qualities, sense of responsibility, and high level of discipline
• Possess a valid Class A (car) driving license
• Willing to work in the MM2100 Industrial Estate area
