EXPORT IMPORT STAFF

• Minimal Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transportation, or any other related fields
• Proficiency in English (oral & written) & Computer (Word, Excel, E-mail)
• Well understand and have knowledge of export import process and documents
• Great personality and communication skills
• Meticulous
• Able to work independently and in team work who is energetic, enthusiastic, and has high initiative
• Willing to comply with applicable company regulations
• Having experience in a freight forwarding company or Multinational company is a plus
• Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solution.

Job Responsibility:

• Handling bookings & other related operational/documentation fields of Export and Import shipments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, and regional office along with, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction by complying with the SOP.
• Perform administrative tasks related to shipments, such as preparing documents and coordinating with relevant parties.
• Creating Vendor Invoice & Customer Invoice.
