Export-Import Staff

Responsibilities:

• Create PIB & PEB.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide shipment updates, and resolve issues.
• Coordinate freight pickup, documentation, and delivery processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain compliance with shipping regulations and accurate record-keeping.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Experience in logistics, customs clearance, or freight forwarding preferred.
• Experience handle NVOCC.
• Strong understanding of EXIM regulations and documentation processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software; PPJK license is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
