Export Import Supervisor

We are looking for an Export Import Supervisor to oversee export and import operations, ensuring accurate documentation, timely shipments, strong supplier and forwarder coordination, and continuous improvement in service and transit time performance.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise the Export Import team and drive continuous improvement in service and transit time performance.
• Monitor and ensure all export and import activities and data are accurate and properly managed.
• Manage export/import documentation, including permits, costings, banking documents, and customs-related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, forwarders, and other external parties to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution.
• Support cost-saving initiatives across export and import operations.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding orders with overseas suppliers.
• Ensure complete and on-time deliveries while meeting customer requirements and expectations.
• Prepare and support quotations and delivery requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with freight forwarders to ensure efficient, reliable, and quality shipment processing.
• Work closely with peers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in export/import operations, preferably with supervisory experience.
• PPJK certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs clearance processes, and export/import documentation.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers, forwarders, internal stakeholders, and relevant regulatory parties.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on cost efficiency and process improvement.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on service and delivery performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics/ERP systems is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
