What they need
Job duties
- Issue shipping documents
- Providing clerical support for the Export and Import Departments
- Regular preparation of shipping documents including Bill of Ladings
- Follow up customer’s inquiry
- Provide clerical supports ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
- HKCEE F. 5 / DSE graduated or above
- 1-year working experience preferred
- Salary depends on experience
- Good command of English and Mandarin will be an advantage
- Good English typing skills (good Chinese typing skills would be an asset)
- Independent, detail-minded, hardworking, responsible and self-motivated
- Immediate available is highly preferred
