Job Purpose: Exports Order Management & Plant & Customer Coordination
Export Order Booking & Customer Communication:
For Commercial and Sample shipment Order Booking
Price verification and stuffing plan through Cube IQ software
Monitoring Customer Requirements
**Customer Contract and verification of Compliance documents:**LC and Customer specific contract validation, Approvals from Top Management and processing
**New Customer Account Processing:**Validation of Compliance documents and creation of account in system by uploading all legal required documents
**Exports Documentation:**Preparation of checklist and approvals / RFID/VGM uploading at the day of loading
Summary – Discount / Rebate: Monitor Discount summary and sharing with Finance Team (Monthly)
Education and Professional Qualifications: Post Graduation In Exim / Foreign Trade
