Export Logistics Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

1/ Export Inspection & Quarantine

• Identify quarantine requirements based on cargo type and export market.
• Coordinate quarantine registration and inspection procedures with relevant authorities.
• Monitor inspection results and ensure complete and valid documentation.

2/ Customs Declaration & Port Operations

• Prepare and submit customs declarations and arrange cargo stuffing/loading at the port according to vessel schedules.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure customs clearance and loading are completed on time.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve issues arising during the process.

3/ Shipping Documentation

• Prepare and consolidate required shipping documents and ensure timely submission of Shipping Instructions (SI) within 4 hours after cargo loading.
• Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with requirements.

4/ Logistics Cost & Payment

• Prepare and process payment documents for logistics and handling expenses.
• Verify costs, supporting documents, and payment deadlines to ensure timely settlement.

5/ Reporting & Administrative Support

• Maintain and archive logistics records and documents.
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports as required by the management.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• College degree or above in Logistics, International Business, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in export logistics or a similar position.
• Good command of Microsoft Office.
• English proficiency sufficient for handling logistics and export-related documents and communication.
• Good understanding of trade regulations, customs procedures, export duties/taxes, and export standards.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, reporting, data analysis, and negotiation skills.
• Good time management, proactive and responsible working attitude.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work under pressure.
