Key Roles & Responsibilities

1) Advance License (AA/DFIA) DGFT Management

• Handle end-to-end Advance Authorization / DFIA activities on DGFT portal.
• Prepare and file applications for new license, amendment, redemption & closure.
• Ensure proper documentation for BOM, norms, input-output ratio, consumption & EO fulfillment.
• Track and monitor Export Obligation (EO) and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams for raw material planning as per license conditions.
• Maintain complete license records and support in audit / scrutiny / DGFT compliance.

2) Export Documentation & Shipment Execution

• Oversee preparation of export documents: Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, BL/AWB, COO, Insurance, Certificates
• Ensure accuracy in HS Code, product description, export incentives compliance.
• Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, transporters for smooth dispatch.
• Ensure timely shipment execution and resolve any export documentation issues.

3) Customer Coordination & Order Management

• Coordinate with overseas customers for order confirmation, shipment schedules, and documentation.
• Manage export order processing, dispatch planning, and shipment tracking.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by timely communication and delivery updates.

4) LC / Payment & Banking Coordination

• Review and verify LC terms, ensure compliance and document submission within timeline.
• Coordinate with banks for LC negotiation, discounting, payment follow-up.
• Handle discrepancies and ensure timely resolution to avoid delays in payment.
• Maintain records of BRC/e-BRC, FIRC and payment realization follow-up.

5) Compliance, Reporting & Process Improvement

• Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, RBI, GST, and export policies.
• Prepare MIS reports on license status, EO completion, shipment status, payment tracking.
• Support management in export strategy, process improvements, and cost optimization.
• Guide and supervise export documentation team for error-free execution.
