Job Opportunity: Export Manager

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare export documents including Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, etc.
• Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and clearing agents for smooth shipment execution.
• Handle LC and CAD documentation and ensure accuracy in export banking processes.
• Coordinate with banks for timely processing and realization of export proceeds.
• Ensure compliance with SBP guidelines and export regulations.
• Manage bank limits (EFS & EE) and ensure their timely maturity against export proceeds.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years experience in export documentation.
• Strong knowledge of LC procedures, Incoterms, and WeBOC system.
• Accounting knowledge or experience will be preferred.
• Prior experience in bank limits management (EFS & EE) is highly desirable.

• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance.
• Time management for handling multiple shipments and deadlines effectively.
• English communication (speaking & writing) for drafting professional emails and coordinating with international stakeholders.
• Problem-solving ability to address documentation or banking issues promptly.
• Team coordination for working closely with shipping agents, banks, and internal staff.
• Adaptability to manage dynamic export requirements and regulatory changes.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
