Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Export Manager to independently manage the complete export function — right from order confirmation to final delivery — including all export documentation, compliance, and logistics coordination. The candidate should be capable of single-handedly owning the entire export cycle with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Export Order Management

• Manage the complete export order cycle — order confirmation, production coordination, dispatch, and delivery
• Coordinate with production, quality, and packaging teams to ensure export-ready standards
• Liaise with international clients/buyers on order status, queries, and after-sales support
• Identify new export markets, buyers, and business opportunities

Export Documentation (Full Ownership)

• Prepare and manage all export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading, shipping bills, fumigation certificate, and other statutory paperwork
• Ensure compliance with DGFT, customs, FEMA, and other export regulations
• Handle LC (Letter of Credit), payment terms, and coordinate with banks for export remittances
• Prepare and file export incentive claims — RoDTEP, duty drawback, and other applicable schemes
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation records for audits and compliance checks

Logistics Coordination

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments — domestic and international
• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and customs house agents (CHA)
• Book containers/cargo space, track shipments, and proactively resolve delays
• Optimize freight and logistics costs through route planning, vendor negotiation, and shipment consolidation
• Ensure compliance with GST, e-way bills, and other statutory transport documentation

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain shipment trackers, logistics records, and export MIS reports
• Coordinate with banks, insurance providers, and consultants for export-related needs
• Identify process improvements to reduce turnaround time and shipping costs
• Handle end-to-end coordination independently, escalating only critical issues to management

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, and shipping procedures
• Sound understanding of DGFT, customs, GST, e-way bills, and export compliance
• Working knowledge of LC, foreign remittance, and export finance
• Good negotiation skills with freight forwarders, CHA, and transporters
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/export-logistics software
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with international clients, banks, and logistics partners
• Experience in a manufacturing/export company will be preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
