Are you an experienced FMCG commercial leader with a passion for growing brands across international markets?

We are looking for an Export Manager to drive business growth across assigned export territories, manage distributor partnerships, and deliver sustainable sales and profitability performance. This role is part of our International Trade Operations group and works closely with regional export leaders across Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Oceania markets to expand the presence of our brands globally.

What You'll Do

As Export Manager , you will take ownership of the commercial performance of assigned international markets, ensuring strong execution, distributor effectiveness, and achievement of business objectives.

Key responsibilities include

• Drive sales growth and profitability while managing the overall business performance of assigned export territories.
• Develop and strengthen partnerships with distributors and key customers to unlock market opportunities and accelerate growth.
• Lead annual business planning, sales target delivery, and KPI achievement across assigned markets.
• Execute product launches, commercial initiatives, and promotional programs effectively and on schedule.
• Identify market trends, competitive activities, growth opportunities, and potential business risks.
• Optimize distributor capabilities and drive best-in-class execution across Modern Trade, General Trade, and other relevant channels.
• Manage trade investments and promotional budgets to maximize return on investment.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant commercial experience, including a minimum of 5 years in sales or account management roles.
• Strong experience in FMCG, food, beverage, or consumer goods industries.
• Proven track record in export sales, international market development, or distributor management.
• Experience handling Modern Trade and General Trade channels.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage P&L and deliver profitable growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
