ETEN TREATS is looking for an experienced and result-driven Export Manager to join our growing team in Kochi.

Position: Export Manager
Location: Kochi, Kerala

Industry: Food / FMCG

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Develop and maintain strong international client relationships
• Identify new export markets and business opportunities
• Manage end-to-end export operations and documentation
• Coordinate with international clients, suppliers and logistics partners
• Handle export orders, invoices, shipments and compliance
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents and shipping partners
• Monitor shipment schedules, costs and delivery timelines
• Ensure smooth and timely execution of international orders

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 5+ years of relevant Export/Import experience, preferably in the Food/FMCG industry
• Strong knowledge of export documentation and procedures
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
• Strong understanding of international logistics and shipping processes
• Ability to manage multiple shipments, clients and deadlines
• Food/FMCG export experience is a must
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
