Export officer

Trepak International is seeking a qualified and experienced Export Officer to manage international export operations, coordinate with overseas B2B customers, and ensure smooth execution of export shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate international export orders and shipments.
• Prepare and verify export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and international customers**.**
• Handle B2B export communications and customer follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and international trade procedures**.**
• Monitor shipments and maintain accurate export records.
• Coordinate with internal departments for timely order processing and dispatch**.**

Mandatory Requirements

• Education: Must hold a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
• Location: Must be based in Gujranwala**.**
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of practical experience in the export field.
• B2B Experience: Must have previous experience dealing with international B2B customers**.**
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs clearance, and international shipping procedures.
• Excellent English communication and coordination skills**.**
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, SAP B1, CRM.
