Export Operations Executive

We are looking for a detail oriented and organized export operations executive to manage and coordinate export activities, documentation ,shipments, and communication with customers, suppliers freight forwarders and other stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

· Manage and follow up on export order and shipments

· Coordinate with international distributor and customers

· Handle export documentation and order processing

· Follow up with new overseas parties and business opportunities

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth export operations

REQUIREMENTS:-

· Master’s Degree in Internal business/ Logistics/ Export Management/ MBA or related field.

· 2-5 years of experience in Export operations/ Internal Business

· Good English communication and coordination skills

· Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel

Knowledge of export communication and procedures preferred
