Export Operations Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking an all-rounder to manage the end-to-end execution of our pharmaceutical export orders—from initial customer PO acknowledgment and plant coordination to strict QA checks and final freight negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order & Client Handling: Acknowledge client POs, issue Proforma Invoices, follow up for advance payments, and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Plant & Vendor Sync: Release POs to manufacturing plants, coordinate production timelines, manage artwork approvals with designers/clients, and procure packaging materials from vendors.
• Pre-Shipment QA Check: Verify product names, batch numbers, mfg/expiry dates, MRP, labels, artwork, and quantities against the PO. Resolve any discrepancies with Plant QA.
• Logistics & Freight: Arrange transport, negotiate freight rates with forwarders, handle customs queries, and track shipments to update international buyers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (B. Sc, B. Com, BBA, or B. Pharma preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience handling export operations, procurement coordination, or shipping logistics (Direct experience in Pharma or FMCG is a major advantage).
• Technical Skills: Excellent command over MS Excel (for tracking sheets, vendor orders, and metrics) and MS Word.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail (critical for QA matching), strong negotiation skills with transporters/forwarders, and highly assertive communication for managing plant and vendor delays.

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
