Export Operations Executive - NVOCC

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end export operations for NVOCC shipments.
• Coordinate with shippers, consignees, overseas agents, shipping lines, and freight forwarders.
• Manage export bookings and ensure timely confirmation with carriers.
• Prepare and verify HBL, MBL, SI, BL drafts, and other export documentation.
• Coordinate Shipping Instructions (SI) and ensure accurate submission within cut-off timelines.
• Follow up on container release, empty pickup, stuffing, gate-in, vessel schedules, and sailing updates.
• Coordinate with customers regarding shipment status, documentation, and operational requirements.
• Liaise with shipping lines for booking, amendments, rollovers, vessel schedules, and shipment issues.
• Ensure timely issuance and release of House Bills of Lading (HBL).
• Monitor vessel departures and provide accurate pre-alerts / shipment updates to relevant parties.
• Coordinate with the Documentation, Pricing, Sales, and Accounts teams for smooth shipment execution.
• Maintain proper shipment records and ensure compliance with company and carrier procedures.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in NVOCC Export Operations
• Strong hands-on experience in FCL export shipments
• Good understanding of HBL, MBL, SI, BL Drafting, Cut-offs & Vessel Schedules
• Knowledge of shipping line coordination and export documentation
• Experience dealing with overseas agents and international customers
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English and MS Office
• Candidates currently working with an NVOCC will be preferred.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
