Export Operations Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor shipping schedules, export entries, and required export documentation, ensuring all documents are complete and up to date.
• Review the Monthly Production Plan and coordinate new model or model-change information for export and related processes.
• Prepare basic cost calculations, price lists, and part-list declarations for local and imported parts, including coordination with Purchasing and relevant departments.
• Manage and maintain GSP, RVC, and Self-Certification information and reports, including submission and updates.
• Prepare and manage Power of Attorney (POA) documents for Basic Cost Submission and Self-Certification, including Certified Exporter registration and renewal under the Self-Certification Pilot Program.
• Coordinate with Japan, internal departments, MOC, DFT, and other relevant parties regarding export, certification, documentation, and related inquiries.
• Follow company rules, policies, and targets, participate in activities such as Q6S, R-CAT, Energy Saving, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, Business Administration or any related fields.
• Good teamwork skills and good English communication skills.
• SAP or other ERP experience is a plus.
• Experience in Import & Export, Freight Forwarder, International Business is an advantage.
