Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee export operations from end to end, ensuring timely and compliant execution
• Coordinate international customer orders and shipment operations with precision
• Prepare, review and control export documentation, customs declarations and logistics processes
• Maintain proactive communication with distributors, customers and operational stakeholders
• Support new market research initiatives and follow up on potential customer opportunities
• Prepare export sales and operations reports with actionable insights and analysis
• Collaborate closely with Planning, Quality & Production, Finance and Supply Chain teams
• Support cost efficiency, on-time delivery and customer satisfaction targets across export operations
• Actively contribute to process improvement projects within international operations

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in export operations, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Solid knowledge of export operations, customs procedures and logistics processes
• Hands-on experience in preparing export documentation (packing lists, commercial & proforma invoices etc.)
• Good command of English, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Experience with SAP is preferred
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
