#Job Responsibilities

1.    Coordinate between production stages and international logistics operations, including shipment bookings and scheduling.

2.     Ensure the availability and accuracy of required data, labels, and export documentation in compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.

3.     Coordinate logistics services and ensure timely loading within the designated shipment schedule.

4.     Prepare and provide daily reports on factory production plans and execution status to ensure orders are completed and delivered within scheduled shipping deadlines.

5.     Monitor the transportation process to ensure on-time delivery and proactively address any issues related to customs clearance.

6.     Ensure that factories execute customer orders according to the required specifications and in alignment with export documentation and shipping requirements.

7.     Coordinate with internal departments, factories, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs clearance teams to ensure smooth and timely export operations.

8.     Follow up on shipment status and maintain accurate records of export orders, shipping schedules, and required documentation.

9.     Identify potential delays or operational issues and coordinate corrective actions to minimize their impact on shipment deadlines.

Job Requirements

· Education Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field.

· Experience #2–4 years in a relevant field, export operations, logistics, shipping, or international trade, preferably in FMCG or food industry or Fruits.

 ·   English language Very good command

·   MS Office Package     Good
