We're looking for professionals with Export Order Management experience to support the Kraft Heinz Company ANZ Market . FMCG experience is an advantage, but candidates from other industries with relevant Order Management expertise are highly encouraged to apply.

₱35,000 Sign-On Bonus! Qualified hires may be eligible for the sign-on bonus, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

Overview of the role (including but not limited to):

• Process domestic and export orders accurately from order entry through resolution.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Review orders, identify discrepancies, and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
• Manage order-related inquiries and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across order management systems.
• Work in a process-driven environment while meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Identify issues and support continuous improvement of order management processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in domestic/export order management, customer service, or related operations.
• Export Order Management experience is highly preferred.
• FMCG industry experience is an advantage; however, candidates from other industries with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of order management and customer operations.
• Experience in a process-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and processing accuracy.
• ERP or order entry systems experience is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work 100% onsite in BGC, Taguig.
• Willing to support the ANZ market and work within ANZ business hours.
