JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Export Processor Staff to handle export documentation, processing, coordination, and monitoring of export-related transactions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, check, and process export documents and records.
• Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, brokers, trucking providers, and internal departments.
• Monitor container movements, schedules, bookings, and release requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of export documents and data.
• Encode and maintain updated records and reports.
• Follow up pending documents, approvals, and transactions.
• Assist in resolving documentation and operational concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable export requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• College graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, Customs Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in export processing, logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or container yard operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of export documentation and procedures is preferred.
• Computer literate, especially in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays when required.
