Job Summary
Responsible for achieving sales targets, managing buyer accounts, processing orders, developing new business opportunities, coordinating with internal departments, monitoring shipments, collecting receivables, and maintaining strong customer relationships to support business growth in international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular sales updates and reports.
• Process buyer orders, prepare proforma invoices, and coordinate order fulfillment.
• Develop new accounts and expand market opportunities.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, and Logistics/Supply Chain teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor shipments and address customer requirements.
• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on collections.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and business reviews.
• Support product development initiatives based on market needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, account management, or export operations; a fresh graduate with potential is welcome
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities, and keen on details
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.
• Customer-oriented, results-driven, and capable of handling multiple accounts.
• Experience in export sales, food manufacturing, or FMCG industry is an advantage.

Pay: From Php19,630.00 per month
