What they need
We're looking for a driven and proactive Export Sales professional to help expand our international partnerships, build strong client relationships, and support our export growth strategy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in export sales
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Willing to travel locally and abroad
- Target-oriented and results-driven
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Willing to work onsite in Surabaya
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new export sales opportunities with international clients/partners
- Develop and execute strategies to support export business growth
- Maintain and manage relationships with overseas clients/partners
- Conduct market trend analysis to identify new export opportunities
- Negotiate terms and close deals with international buyers
- Coordinate with internal teams to support order fulfillment and export strategy implementation
