Export Sales Coordinator

MayPap Sdn Bhd is seeking a Export Sales Coordinator to join our team. This full-time role is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the export processes for our manufacturing business, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of our products to international customers.

Job Description:

• Prepare and manage export documentation.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for timely shipment preparation.
• Track shipment departures and arrivals.
• Oversee inventory levels and logistics to ensure efficient transportation.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers to fulfill requests and manage orders effectively.
• Provide administrative support to the export sales team as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the paper converting industry is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team player with a dynamic approach and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
