Export Sales Coordinator

About the role

Responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to the Export Sales team, ensuring smooth processing of customer orders, export documentation, shipments, and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate export sales orders, quotations, and customer requirements.
• Prepare and monitor export documents, shipping instructions, invoices, packing lists, and related paperwork.
• Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, logistics, warehouse, production, and other departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor order status, shipment schedules, and documentation requirements.
• Assist in communicating with international clients regarding orders, inquiries, and shipment updates.
• Maintain accurate records of export transactions, sales reports, and customer files.
• Support the Export Sales team in achieving sales and customer service objectives.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
• Preferably with experience in export sales coordination, logistics, or international trade.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
