What they need
- Register the OC after PO is received by the sales and marketing team.
- Convert the OC to PO and forward it to the relevant supplier/factory for timely
delivery. - Follow up with the supplier/factory for timely delivery.
- Packing and forwarding: make sure goods produced or bought out are matching to
the PO. - Quantity and product are packed in our packing material.
- Arrange all outward logistics.
- Prepare all necessary documents (Invoice, Challan, packing list, T.C, Ewaybill)
- Dispatch details and invoice hardcopy sent to the customer on time.
