Export Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage full set of export shipping documents:

  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
  • Certificate of Origin (COO)
  • Other relevant export permits or documents

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics partners for shipment arrangements

• Liaise with internal teams (sales, production, warehouse) to ensure timely order fulfillment

• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery to overseas customers

• Handle export order processing from order confirmation to delivery

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and Incoterms

• Follow up on shipment status and resolve any logistics or documentation issues

• Maintain proper documentation records for audit and ISO compliance

• Support export sales team on administrative and coordination tasks

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in export documentation / shipping / logistics (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Hands-on experience in preparing export shipping documents is a MUST
• Familiar with Incoterms, customs procedures, and international shipping processes
• Good coordination and communication skills (internal & external stakeholders)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple shipments
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
