Export Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow sales with existing customers to achieve annual sales targets.
• Identify and develop new overseas markets and customers to expand business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to drive business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Promote new products and develop customized solutions with customers.
• Work closely with the R&D team on new product development and packaging requirements.
• Participate in domestic and international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business matching events.
• Prepare annual and monthly sales forecasts, sales reports, and customer inventory plans.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and build long-term business relationships.
• Support export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Export Sales or International Marketing.
• Knowledge of export procedures, shipping documents, certificates, and Incoterms.
• Understanding of international markets and overseas business development.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
