Export Sales Executive

About the role

Feltech Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is seeking an Export Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This is a full-time position based in our Khlong Toei Bangkok facility. As an Export Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving international sales growth, managing export operations, and building strong relationships with overseas clients. This role is pivotal to our expansion into global markets and plays a key strategic part in achieving our international business objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Identifying and prospecting new export markets and international clients to expand our customer base
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and end-customers
• Preparing and presenting sales proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations tailored to international markets
• Negotiating contracts and terms with international clients to secure profitable sales agreements
• Managing the entire export sales cycle from initial enquiry through to order fulfilment and delivery
• Coordinating with customs, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure smooth export operations and compliance with international regulations
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify sales opportunities
• Maintaining accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports for management review
• Attending international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products and generate leads
• Supporting the development of export marketing strategies and promotional materials

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in export sales, international business development, or related roles within the manufacturing, transport and logistics sector
• Strong understanding of import/export procedures, customs regulations, and international trade compliance
• Excellent knowledge of export documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients
• Demonstrated ability to identify new market opportunities and develop sales strategies
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Knowledge of the manufacturing or logistics industry is highly desirable
• Willingness to travel internationally to meet clients and explore new markets
