We are looking for a "Export Sales Executive" in order to strengthen our company's team at Çamlıca/İstanbul.

What will be your key deliverables?

• Develop and execute export sales plans to grow CCC’s presence in existing and new markets
• Identify new business opportunities and open doors in challenging markets
• Manage distributor relationships, evaluate performance and develop joint growth plans
• Lead commercial negotiations with distributors and other business partners
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and sales performance to identify opportunities for growth
• Work closely with internal teams to support product launches, order planning and export operations

What do you need for this role?

• At least 5 years of experience in export sales and export processes within the food industry
• Export experience in the FMCG sector
• Proven distributor management experience is essential
• Strong sales orientation, negotiation skills and the ability to build new business in challenging markets
• Excellent written and spoken English; a second foreign language is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• A proactive approach, strong communication skills and the ability to represent the company effectively
• No restrictions on international travel
