What they need
- Develop and execute an international sales strategy to achieve monthly export volumes of 15,00020,000 MT.
- Identify and penetrate new countries, markets, customers, traders and end-users for Pig Iron.
- Build a strong and diversified international customer base to ensure consistent monthly order flow.
- Achieve optimum export realization and contribution margin through effective pricing, market selection and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor global Pig Iron prices, competitor pricing, freight rates, demand-supply trends, duties and market conditions to support business decisions.
- Develop contracts and repeat business with overseas foundries, steel manufacturers, casting units and trading houses.
- Lead negotiations on price, quantity, Incoterms, payment terms and delivery schedules, while managing commercial and credit risks.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Commercial, Logistics and Finance for timely and seamless execution of export orders.
- Build a strong export sales pipeline and monthly sales forecast, ensuring adequate orders are secured ahead of dispatch.
