Role & responsibilities

International Buyer Development

• Identify and approach new international buyers, distributors, and importers.
• Generate export sales leads through online portals, trade directories, LinkedIn, exhibitions, and B2B platforms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with overseas customers.

Market Research

• Research international markets for demand, competition, and pricing.
• Analyze export opportunities in different countries.
• Monitor global market trends and competitor activities.

Sales & Business Development

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing for international clients.
• Conduct virtual meetings and presentations with foreign buyers.
• Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and shipment conditions.

Export Coordination

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams.
• Ensure timely shipment and customer satisfaction.
• Follow export compliance, INCOTERMS, and international trade regulations.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain regular communication with buyers.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Build long-term business partnerships.

Required Skills

• Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
• International sales and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of export documentation and logistics
• Ability to use LinkedIn, Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.
• Market research and lead generation ability
• MS Excel, Word, and CRM knowledge
